What Do We Do?

We are a small online bookstore and record store. We select the finest Spanish-language books and albums and make them available to you right away. This project celebrates the ideas produced in Spanish through music and writing.

How do we do it?

We bring together decades of experience as readers and music lovers. This gives us the knowledge and enthusiasm to tirelessly seek out writing and music from every corner of the Spanish-speaking world. Our musical and literary selection reflects the diversity of creative expression in our language, including contemporary works and those that uphold its rich tradition.

Where?

We serve the entire United States, with a special focus on Spanish speakers and Hispanophiles in California and along the West Coast.

Why?

Because it's (we) need it. Because there are more and more of us who speak, write, dream, sing, yearn—but above all, think in Spanish—and live in the United States. We want to make more room for thinking and creativity in Spanish.
